Shipping Information

What shipping methods are available?

We offer two shipping speeds, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can’t.

  1. Standard (5-9 business days): $6.95
  2. Rush (1-2 business days): $25

PS: Standard shipping is free when you spend $75 or more. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Please note, we only offer Rush Shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we make, we process, then we ship.

After an order is placed, please allow up to one week for your order to ship. We handcraft each item we send out. This includes creating, bottling, labeling, and shipping. Handcrafted items do take a little longer to produce than mass-produced items. Many of our items are made so they are at the peak of freshness when you receive them. Please let us know if you need an item by a certain date and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm PST are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

For U.S. Orders: After shipping, please allow another 3-5 days for your order to arrive.

For International Orders: Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. Also, we do not pay for anything to be released from customs to you.

For Back Orders: Sometimes we sell out of product our our bottle or jar supplier is out of stock. If that is the case an item will say out of stock and allow you to purchase a backorder item. If this is the case please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive. please allow another week for your order to arrive. Usually it will arrive sooner, but sometimes it can take us up to 2 weeks to get our jars/ingredients in warehouse due to shortages.

Do you ship internationally?

Kani currently ships to the 50 states, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Canada, the UK, the Republic of Ireland, Sweden, Denmark and France. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas up north in Canada.

Do you ship on holidays?

We do not ship on these Federal holidays: Martin Luther King, Jr., Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years Day. We will get orders out the following business day!

It says my order was delivered but I didn’t receive it!

We sometimes see that a package will be scanned as “delivered” though this isn’t always the case. This is especially common during high volume holiday shipping seasons. We recommend allowing 24-48 hours to account for potential internal delays. Additionally we ask that you double check with neighbors, housemates or in any delivery areas around your home or porch where the package may have been left. If you still aren’t able to locate your package, email us at orders@kanibotanicals.com

Some notes!

Our products are enclosed in all glass vessels, and are quite heavy. We take every measure to safely package our ingredients to your doorstop to ensure safe arrival and hence shipping charges may vary on the amount of items, weight, and distance from our warehouse.

  • Personalized items take 5-7 days to process
  • Orders placed after 1 pm PST on friday will process the following monday
  • The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
  • We’re not responsible for UPS, USPS or Fed Ex shipping delays.
  • Customs fees and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
  • UPS does not ship on weekends.
  • UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes-a valid street address is required!
